Membership Coordinator Job Opening

The McKenzie River Trust seeks a skilled professional with a passion for land conservation to serve in the role of Membership Coordinator. The Membership Coordinator manages MRT’s membership programs with a focus on member renewals, retention, recruitment, tracking, and reporting. The Coordinator will carry out a range of development activities including data management, production of acknowledgement letters, management of the membership drive and annual appeals, generation of mailing lists and reports, coordination with design, print, and mailing contractors, and direct contact with MRT members and members-to-be. The Coordinator also provides administrative support for the Development Team’s annual fundraising strategies including solicitation of capital campaign gifts, major gifts, planned gifts, and donor outreach.
